What about motion sickness, well the boat is so big that the waves slam into the boat but don't really affect the stability that much its not like being on a 100 foot boat or a 10 foot boat, when your on a giant cruise ship unless something catestrophic happens you'll rarely notice that your on a boat unless your going through a storm or very choppy waters. Another reason why promotions come easy is because they have a high turnover. Many of these people are away from their families for long and get homesick so they quit their jobs when their wife/husband threatens divorce or if they miss their kids or family or if their parents are sick etc. Alot of people just work the jobs for a few years and then take the rest of their lives easy. But if you plan to game until your old, it seems like a very attractive option.
